Faux Wedding Cake Rental Terms and Conditions Deposit – A non-refundable deposit fee of $150.00 is required to confirm and reserve your Faux Cake. Final Payment Arrangement – The total contract price is due in full 14 days prior to the event and will NOT be refunded in any part at the discretion of Fauxlicious Brides. If payment has not been received, Fauxlicious Brides reserve the right to refuse your order. Liability – Fauxlicious Brides will do its best to make the proper arrangements with you and your reception hall to safely deliver and assemble your Faux Cake. Once Fauxlicious Brides has done this, Fauxlicious Brides assume no responsibility for your guests or caterer’s negligence, property damage or any injury that would occur as a result of Fauxlicious Brides services. Use of Photographs – Fauxlicious Brides reserve the right to photograph your Faux Cake and use the photos for our own reference or for display/promotional advertising for Fauxlicious Brides without compensation to you. Faux Cake Return – An additional $50.00 Safety Deposit fee will be refunded upon the return of the Faux Cake four days following the wedding. The value of any broken, damaged or missing pieces will be deducted from your Safety Deposit. In the event you neglect to return the Faux Cake by the day specified in your contract you will be responsible for the cost of replacement. Please designate a responsible party with their contact name and number for the Faux Cake return. |
